Disclaimer

The information on the Pass FNP website (passfnp.com) and in the Pass FNP study app is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By purchasing or using any Pass FNP product, you agree to the terms on this page.

1. Educational content only, not medical advice

The Complete FNP Guide, the Exam Simulator, the FNP Question Bank & Flashcards, the SOAP Note Template & Guide, the FNP AI Coach, and all other content on this website and in the app are study and reference tools for nurse practitioner students and licensed healthcare professionals.

Nothing in our products is medical advice or a substitute for formal education, supervised clinical training, or the judgment of a licensed clinician. Do not use Pass FNP content to make decisions about the care of a real patient. Always follow your preceptor, your supervising clinician, your organization’s protocols, and current evidence-based guidelines.

2. A study supplement, not a replacement for formal education

Pass FNP products are supplementary study resources. They are not an accredited educational program, do not provide continuing-education credit, and do not replace:

  • An accredited FNP degree program
  • Clinical training and supervised practice hours
  • Guidance from licensed medical and nursing professionals

3. No affiliation with certifying bodies

Pass FNP is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), any state board of nursing, or any school. These names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams our materials help you prepare for. Our content is written from publicly available exam blueprints and professional references. It does not contain actual exam questions, and we have never had access to them.

4. The FNP AI Coach is an AI, not a person

The FNP AI Coach is automated software, not a human. No clinician, instructor, or Pass FNP staff member reviews its answers before you see them. The Coach uses AI models from third-party providers along with our study materials. Please keep the following in mind:

  • It can be wrong. AI answers may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, including drug names, doses, and clinical thresholds. Check anything important against the guide or another current, trusted source.
  • It is not a licensed professional. The Coach is not a nurse practitioner, physician, pharmacist, or mental-health provider and cannot form a provider–patient relationship with anyone.
  • It is for study only. Practice cases and “patients” are fictional. Never use the Coach to make, confirm, or document a decision about a real patient.
  • Do not enter real patient information. Never type protected health information (PHI) or anything that could identify a real patient. Pass FNP is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. What you type is sent to our third-party AI providers to generate a response.
  • It is not for emergencies or personal health advice. If you or someone else needs medical help, call 911 (in the US) or your local emergency number. If you are struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US).

Pass FNP is not responsible for any clinical, academic, or personal decision made in reliance on the Coach’s answers.

5. Question Bank, Exam Simulator, and scores

Questions, rationales, and practice cases are written by Pass FNP for study purposes and describe fictional patients. The Exam Simulator is a practice tool that mimics the length and timing of the AANP and ANCC exams; it is not an official exam and does not use official exam content. Scores, streaks, and readiness indicators in the app reflect your performance on our material only and do not predict your result on any certification exam.

6. No guarantee of results

Exam results and clinical performance depend on your own effort, experience, program, and many other factors. Pass FNP does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, earn any credential, or achieve any academic or professional outcome. Testimonials and reviews reflect the individual experience of the person giving them and are not a promise of typical results.

7. Accuracy of information

We work to keep our products accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors or omissions. Clinical guidelines, drug information, and exam blueprints change. Always verify critical information, especially medication dosing, contraindications, and screening intervals, against current guidelines, package inserts, or another authoritative source before acting on it. If you find an error, email support@passfnp.com and we will review it and correct confirmed errors.

8. Your license to use our content

All Pass FNP content, including text, questions, rationales, flashcards, cases, images, and the app itself, is owned by Pass FNP and protected by copyright law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, single-user license for your own study. You may not:

  • Share, lend, sell, or give away your account or any content

  • Post our content to file-sharing sites, group chats, study groups, or social media
  • Use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI or machine-learning system

Violating this license may result in loss of access to all Pass FNP products without a refund and may lead to legal action.
